Most small businesses don't need a marketing company. They need someone to work out what's eating the week, and build something that handles it. That's the job. You deal with me start to finish — the person who builds it is the person who answers the phone.
Websites, booking systems and small business automation. Usually it starts with a website — then we find the thing you're doing by hand every week, and I build something that does it for you.
Quick to load, right on a phone, and built so you show up when someone nearby searches for what you do. With a form that sends enquiries straight to your inbox.
Customers pick a time and get a price without phoning you. Confirmations and reminders go out on their own, so you stop chasing and stop getting no-shows.
Order tracking, quoting, scheduling, invoices that chase themselves. If you're doing it twice a week in a spreadsheet, it can probably be done for you instead.
I'm Justin. I build small business automation — order tracking, shipping systems, quoting tools. The unglamorous software that quietly hands you back a few hours a week.
I got here sideways. Time on the shop floor in millwork, then years on the sales and customer service side of distribution. Which means I've been the person a customer phones when an order's late, and the person who has to go sort it out.
What that taught me is that the problems barely change. A cabinet shop losing its evenings to quoting and a cleaning company losing its evenings to scheduling are the same problem wearing different clothes — someone doing by hand what a computer should be doing.
So when you tell me what's going wrong, I don't need it translated.
Tell me what's eating your week. If I can help, I'll say how. If I can't, I'll tell you that too — and probably point you at whoever can.
